When i first saw fitgirl post saying 25gb, Got to admit i was surprised when yours was saying 39gb, But now it all makes sense.
It’s the same size when you download all the selectives.
Btw i ran the game it works fine, But i noticed the game didn’t work when i ran it from the desktop shortcut, Only shows black screen indefinitly. On the other hand it runs fine when i start it from the exe on the game folder.
Just something to keep in mind.

yeah , same as others 39.1 GB , just advertise , just separate ( unpack) game archives
Big question !!
when CODEX release xdelta patch for this game , how will u apply it on unpacked archives , u will have to download all selectives , u will download all 39 GB
and FG mentioned that : only lossless if downloaded whole repack 39.1 GB
